Customer will be responsible for shipment and Clearance charges.

Payment Terms

We accept the following forms of Payment.  Payment for goods must be made in advance of receipt of goods.

  1. Direct Credit - Transfer funds to Amaka Beauty Care Ltd, Westpac Bank 03 0355 0554280 00. Quote your business name and invoice number as reference.
  2. Credit Card - We accept Visa and MasterCard.  All new customers will need to send through proof of ID before Credit Card Payments are accepted.
  3. Cash - Payment must be made in person at our office 127 Great South Road, Papatoetoe.  Prior arrangements are necessary.  Quote your business name and invoice number as reference.

All orders, whether based on submitted quotations or not, are subject to acceptance and credit approval by Amaka Ltd.  Submission of prices therefore does not constitute an offer to sell.  Correspondence with the company head office should be addressed to:

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
All cargo full coverage insurance can be added to invoice if desired.  The policy will be property of the insured and claims will be filled by the same.  However Amaka Beauty Care will assist if requested to do so.

RETURNS POLICY
•    Request to return merchandise must be in writing
•    Authorisation  to return merchandise must be in writing
•    Returns must be prepaid and insured.
